Conducting Materials - Science fair project  3rd grade

·        All materials conduct electricity?

o       The purpose of this experiment is to see if an electric current can pass through metals, air, water and plastic.

·        Hypothesis

5.      Strip the ends of the wires.

6.      Screw the materials to the board.

7.      Glue the small cup to the board.

8.      Put batteries inside the battery holder.

9.      One by one, touch the materials with the antenna.

o       My hyphotesis was correct. The electricity did flow through the metals, but it did not flow through water, air and plastic.
